Position Description: Personal Care Aides (PCA) shall be responsible their resident's care plan and assisting with activities of daily living as needed.

Education/Training/ Experience: Valid Personal Care Aide Certificate required. Must maintain current certification in CPR and First Aid. Prior experience providing care to elderly population is strong preferred.

Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills; ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and lift items weighing 50 pounds or less; satisfactory completion of post-offer, pre-employment physical as required.
