  • A K-12 Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling document conversion and hosting services and solutions to schools, school districts, and educational institutions serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Key responsibilities typically include:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients, including schools, school districts, and educational institutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the products and services offered and be able to communicate their benefits effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, administrators, and decision-makers within schools and districts.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each educational institution and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the value and effectiveness of offerings.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about trends, competition, and emerging technologies in the K-12 education sector.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, prepare reports, and provide updates to management.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adjust strategies based on changing market conditions or customer feedback.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Ability to pass our background check and drug screening.
Requirements:

Qualifications for a K-12 salesperson typically include but not limited to:

• A bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

• 3 years of sales experience in the education sector is a plus.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of the K-12 education system and its challenges.

• Familiarity with educational products and technologies
