Full Time Clerk
Pay Rate: $14.50
GEOTEMPS, INC. is currently recruiting a CONVENIENCE STORE ATTENDANT for our valued client in Morenci, Arizona. This individual performs a variety of services to meet the needs of customers at our client’s convenience store.
SCOPE OF WORK (but is not limited to)
- Operating cash register and ensuring accurate monies exchange
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stocking shelves and assisting with inventory
- Handling, storing and rotating products properly
- Preparing and issuing food according to all applicable procedures
- Assuming 100% responsibility for quality of the products that is served
- Assisting customers with propane
- Cleaning (sweeping, moping, restroom maintenance, etc.)
- Providing quality and attentive customer service
- Other duties as required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and overtime as requested
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, lift, reach, climb stairs and ladders as needed throughout shift as this is a very physically active role
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Must possess and display strong leadership and organizational skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and practice independent judgment
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Must be able to interact successfully with all levels of staff, clients and vendors Must be able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Must be able to pass Reference Check, Background Check and Drug Screen
