The Plumbing Sales Representative position is full-time and has a guaranteed base salary + progressive commission structure. You will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, and collaborating with our team to cultivate and close new commercial plumbing opportunities. You will develop long-term relationships with your portfolio, connect with key business executives and stakeholders, and win new agreement proposals.

What You’ll Do:
- Prospect by cold-calling, networking, dropping in, attending industry events
- Maintain and improve customer relationships
- Assist customers with special requests and problems (supply information, resolve complaints)
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Participate with management in updating accounts and setting sales goals
- Negotiate and establish pricing and terms for customer profitability
- Prepares and conducts presentations and proposals to new and existing customers
- Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales
- Attain sales goals; acceptable gross margin dollars and percentage
- Remain current with changes in local codes and consumer preferences
- Practices honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations.
What Makes You Great?
- You must have a successful track record of finding, qualifying, and closing new business primarily through cold calls and self-generated leads.
- You must have a track record of being organized, efficient, and able to manage a high number of suspects and prospects at different stages of the sales funnel.
- You must have prior success in making presentations to prospective customers with a strong ability to sell value persuasively.
- You are proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Service Titan experience is a plus!
