We have an immediate need for a person that is passionate about their work and enjoys working and teaching others. This position is not for everyone, but for the right person will offer joy and financial opportunity. We are offering a base of $40,000 per year. To earn that you will be required to have a large degree of schedule flexibility. You will be scheduled for 5 days per week with 2 days off weekly. You will be scheduled to train new employees following our internal training process. You will also be responsible for re-training current employees and working with them to improve or adjust their cleaning processes. This also includes delivering necessary supplies and tools that are needed at the account. To be successful you will need both day and night availability. We do have a limited number of weekend accounts that will also need training and coverage from time to time. You must have a good traveling vehicle as our market covers everything from the Myrtle Beach area to the New Bern/Morehead City, NC. Any travel will be reimbursed with a mileage allowance.

This position also requires fill-in coverage for any open accounts. Fill-in hours will be paid by an hourly rate above the base salary. This coverage is usually scheduled but can also require the ability to react quickly to a need. This is a significant job responsibility.
