Salary: $90,000-$110,000

We need to hire a Sales Manager for our Prince George location in Virginia. We are hiring team members who know how to take care of our customers! Responsibilities – Sales Manager:

• Manages, trains, and directs the Sales Department
• Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales
• Work with each salesperson and manager to obtain specific goals and objectives
• Create a positive sales culture and a “team” atmosphere focusing on employee retention
• Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy for meeting sales goals
• Lead highly effective sales meetings
• Action-oriented and results-driven

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Highly qualified applicants with automotive or powersports experience preferred
• Superior leadership and motivation skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
