Server/Bartender

We are looking to hire Servers/Bartenders for our team at Locale! A Server/Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They can assess a customers requests and like to make great recommendations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a welcoming smile, be engaging with our guests
• Must be fully knowledgeable of our menu
• Guide guests with recommendations and be aware of allergy issues
• Effectively take guests orders
• Running your food orders if the food runners get backed up
• Must be able to correctly work a POS system
• Properly handle cash and other forms of payments
• Evaluate proper identification of guests to insure they are of proper drinking age
• Communicate with our kitchen team on any manners pertaining to any guest requirement
• Follow all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines
• Must have Food Handler Safety Card in Nevada

What we are looking for:

• Must have at least one year of prior serving experience
• Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
• Candidate must be at least 21 years old
• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
• Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
