HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

As a leader, reporting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Senior Finance Leader (Managing Director/Sr VP level) will bring exceptional intellectual curiosity and horsepower to the role, and be committed to mentoring, developing teams. This person will be agile, humble and capable of solving rapid growth environment challenges that unlock long-term value creation for the company. From a stylistic perspective, in addition to being technically proficient and operationally oriented, will be engaging and articulate, as well as a low-ego, collaborative, and a “no-nonsense” executive focused on driving results and serving as a true business partner to the CFO.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead entity-wide FP&A initiatives to optimize financial performance and drive strategic decision-making. Including but not limited to timely delivery of financial reporting packages, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and business level analysis
  • Own the creation and management of budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, goals, and objectives
  • Serve as a strategic business partner and advisor to the Executive Leadership Team developing KPIs and metrics that drive business decisions and accelerate outcomes
  • Lead an impactful and high performing team of leaders and individual contributors; establish clear team and individual objectives, support performance and career development, and bolster team engagement
  • Increase the speed, efficiency and automation of our financial planning and analysis by supporting the timely delivery, quality and transparency of information to support the company's business decisions
  • Provides advice to internal partners on the implications of business trends, issues, operating environment changes and firm or business unit strategy
  • Partner closely with private equity and debt investors to ensure they intimately understand all our businesses and forecasts
  • Serve as a pricing and go-to-market expert, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize revenue
  • Deeply understand all aspects of the business and financial statements to drive key decisions
  • Comprehensive financial expertise encompassing financial planning, analysis, accounting, internal and external reporting, and systems management
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple, large-scale projects and dynamically shift focus and reprioritize when needed
  • A strong and influential communication style with an ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience (various business stakeholders including executive leadership), and diplomacy skills to help guide / influence others
  • Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to evaluate the need for change and the impact to the business
  • Comfortable with fast-paced PE environment driven by M&A

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

  • 12+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis functions, with at least 5+ years of experience leading high performing teams
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Master’s Degree and/or CPA preferred
  • Preferred experience with common GL software and FP&A tools
  • Familiarity with PE ownership, M&A integrations, and company consolidation efforts are preferred
