The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting base pay is expected to be between $22.00/hr. - $26.00/hr. What You Need to Succeed
- Paint chip repair, wet sanding and buffing experience in a body shop environment
- Strong work ethic, flexibility, speed and attention to detail
- Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend and squat, as well as lift up to 15 pounds
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
