Job Description: SCOPE: Our client is looking to build out the digital brand advocacy program to better support the online brands/ vendors that sell products on client's website . This person will be the liaison between a group of vendors within a brand (think Dewalt, Black and Decker, etc.), and the digital channel for client.

They will work with the Vendors, and Online Merchants, to optimize brand focused, online customer experience on client's website. Ultimately, this will allow the brand/ vendors to increase online sales, traffic, and conversion through identifying and improving product assortment, online content, promotions, inventory, and returns.

Essentially, this person will run point for each vendor as it relates to ANYTHING on the client. They will be the POC for the vendor, and will also communicate/ coordinate internally with all the teams that "run" the website on the business side to ensure their brands are properly aligned to strategic initiatives and day to day operations.

Who is the Internal/External Customer:Internal- Online Merchants, Marketing, IT, Content Management

Impact to the Internal/External Customer:This will offer a larger array of targeted products to consumer, subsequently improving the experience online.

Business Challenge: To increase revenue on the website, our client must optimize how they support the external vendors that supply products to sell. To do that, they are building out a team of Brand Advocates, who will become SME's for each brand. That way, they will be able to better coordinate/ understand the vendor population, ultimately increasing the online experience through product offerings, promotions, and enhanced content.

This is a great opportunity for a 1-2 year merchandising analyst to work in a Fortune 40 company. This team is a TOP priority from Leadership, and has executive approval to be built out. Someone who has worked in a smaller retail environment would be able to drastically improve their skill set.

Non-Technical Skills: Nice to have:
- Exposure to Adobe Suite of products
- Experience working with a vendor management system
- experience supporting multiple LARGE consumer brands
