General Engineering Contractor specializing in demo, excavation and grading; seeking experienced construction estimator for earthwork/grading projects for bid preparation on commercial projects. Must be familiar with earthwork/grading, bid proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Prepare construction budgets by reviewing plans, updating specifications, and identifying and projecting costs. Agtek/WinBid estimating software experience a plus.
Job Requirements: Candidate must have two years grading and construction estimating experience, able to read and analyze construction plans, be computer literate with all MS Office and estimating software applications.
