Forklift Operator

Pay Rate: $18.05 per hour

Shift Availability: Must be flexible to work the following hours, required to be available for both shifts:

• Sunday-Wednesday: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Thursday-Saturday: 3:00 pm until finished

As a Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include loading and unloading warehouse products for shipping and receiving purposes. You will operate powered industrial trucks to efficiently move materials to and from storage areas, ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Utilizing wireless RF scanning equipment, you'll maintain inventory accuracy with precision. Adhering to company quality and customer service standards is paramount, along with troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed to address any issues that arise. Additionally, you'll be responsible for picking, wrapping, and staging orders for shipment, while also conducting regular inspections and maintenance on forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Safety is a top priority, so you'll be expected to identify and address any hazards in the workplace promptly. Finally, you'll be flexible to perform any other duties as required to support the efficient functioning of the warehouse.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of reach truck experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift
