JOB DESCRIPTION

Our salon in Brookfield (across from Walmart, next to Jimmy John's) is looking for a talented Manager who is passionate about cutting hair, elevating talent, and creating a winning team!

\n\n

The Manager reports to the Team Leader/ Area Manager and is accountable for the effective operation of the business/ store. The Managers’ objective is to develop successful Team Members who will in turn develop a profitable, growing business. The Manager is responsible for providing direction and control for day to day operations as well as Stylist duties.

\n\n

Our Store Managers average $52,000.00 – $85,000.00 and our rockstar managers earn even more! YOU’RE A PRO! TIME TO GET PAID LIKE ONE!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

\n\n

• A valid WI cosmetology or barber license

\n*Ability to work a flexible schedule
\n*Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills\n\n

• Basic computer skills

\n*Manager experience in a salon preferred however not required
\n*Industry passion.
