Cocktail Patio Server

The Buoy CDA is looking to fill 4 FULL TIME positions for around the clock Cocktail Service!

The Buoy CDA is a locally owned restaurant located directly on Lake Coeur d Alene, providing the BEST SERVICE will be a job requirement as we have one of the most beautiful venue locations in the city, this job is an independent sales job in some way, you must keep a casual controlled demeanor while upselling items, building bonds with customers, and providing extreme value to The Buoy CDA's patio, this job will require you to be the best people person anyone has ever known!

Schedule is as follows, patio shifts generally run 8 hours, 1-3 days a week, that is a 24 hour max week, this can be a part time job in some sense, but this job will require 100% energy, effort, and drive for the best service and tips in the area! Patio position is a full time server role, except your goal is to provide service to everyone already sat on the patio, if you are a true server or salesperson you understand the value of making a relationship and better yet making an extra sale from a customer who's already ordered and sat on our beautiful lakeside venue. Patio Cocktail service will provide a welcoming friendly energy with a love for the industry every hour and day of the week, this position will help you to create some of the best sales and tip revenue and the best ambiance a restaurant could achieve, pure bliss!

Patio Cocktail servers will need to be POS friendly, the patio position will require you to be walking making active sales outside in the sun, via a handheld iPad device, sales will be made and drinks will be collected and delivered to the customer, the tips made on the patio iPad goes solely to that patio server, this allows for someone to provide excellent service, provide any and all needs once a customer has sat down at the table, and brings a positive service environment and allows us at The Buoy to be the most productive efficient service staff on Lake CDA!

If APPLYING, please provide days available to work a 12pm-8pm schedule, hours will not be flexible for this position as this title requires a true craft and passion for service all the while being present and in the moment 8 hours a day!
