Job Description
Restaurant Depot, a national wholesale restaurant supplier is seeking an experienced Meat Specialist/Manager for our Salt Lake City, UT location. Candidate should have minimum of 3+ years experience in a retail or big box environment and knowledgeable in Fresh meats, including different cuts, grades, and varieties, merchandising, rotation, sales forecasting, and ordering of product. HACCP knowledge a big plus. We are a unique wholesale operation and not open to the general public. Excellent Customer Service skills are essential, as you will be interacting with business customers throughout the day. Must be able move/lift 50 lb cases and also be able to work in a refrigerated environment (35-40 degrees) throughout the day. Flexible schedule required as we are open 7 days.
