Phone Operator

Description:

The phone operator will be working in a front desk environment - answering phone calls to schedule patients for ortho appointments.

1. Take incoming calls to the switchboard Clinic while providing excellent customer service.

2. Channel calls to appropriate staff.

3. Respond to emergency calls per established procedure.

4. Adhere to all HIPAA compliance regulations regarding patient confidentiality

ALSO:

1. Provide coverage for all others within the receptionist team.

2. Any and all duties assigned such as schedule appointments for patients with providers per their individual protocols with courtesy and timeliness.

Skills & Qualifications:

MUST

Experience: Must have 1-5 years of relevant customer service experience in a Medical Office.

High school diploma or equivalent ( GED)

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
