Our Fortune 500 client, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery. Drive program/project schedules and status reports. Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented.

 

Job Title: Program Manager Tech 3

Location: Remote - PST hours

Pay Range: $55/hr


Duties:

o Collect and follow up on the names and lines of business (LOB) of the testers for each market.
o Help identify gaps in testing migrations.
o Communicate in the UAT channel/chats the timelines for testing or re-testing of specific scenarios or issues.
o Participate in UAT as needed to help verify business scenarios

1. 5+ years experience | Attention to Detail: Given the nature of tasks such as collecting and following up on information, identifying gaps in testing migrations, tracking issues and resolutions, and managing templates for feedback and testing, strong attention to detail is essential. This skill ensures accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks and prevents oversight of critical details.

2. 5+ years experience | Communication Skills: Effective communication is vital for tasks such as communicating timelines, participating in UAT, escalating issues, managing chat windows, and coordinating with various teams. Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, facilitates collaboration, ensures understanding among team members, and helps in resolving issues efficiently.

3. 5+ years experience | Organizational Skills: With responsibilities including managing multiple chat windows, dealing with a large number of open items and issues, and coordinating across multiple launches, strong organizational skills are crucial. This includes the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, maintain documentation and repositories, and keep track of various ongoing activities to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of issues.
