Now Hiring: Front-of-House Staff for Miss Saigon Downtown
Miss Saigon Downtown is thrilled to announce our transition from our current venue to a newer nicer venue in March 2024. We are looking to expand our team by adding passionate and dynamic Part-Time Front-of-House Staff, including Servers, Bartenders, bussers and hostess who are excited to dive into the rich and vibrant world of Vietnamese cuisine.
Location: 88 E. Broadway Blvd Suite 120, Tucson, AZ 85701 (New Venue Address)

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a busser, but not mandatory.
- A genuine interest in learning about Vietnamese cuisine and culture.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to a new menu and restaurant setting.
- While bussers may not have as much direct interaction with customers as servers do, they still play a role in providing a positive dining experience.Being polite, friendly, and attentive to customer needs is important.
-Bussers need to be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy trays, and perform tasks that require physical endurance.
- Must be available for a training period from March 27- April 7th , with understanding of a non-work period,,before the grand opening, April 8th .
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional dining experiences by offering knowledgeable, friendly, and quick service.
- Study and understand our Vietnamese menu to accurately answer guest queries and make recommendations.
- Setting tables before guests arrive, ensuring they are clean, properly arranged, and equipped with necessary items such as, napkins and condiments.
-Removing used dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables once guests have finished their meals. This includes emptying plates, collecting dirty dishes, and ensuring tables are promptly cleared to accommodate new guests.
- Keeping the dining area clean and presentable throughout service hours, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring restrooms are tidy.
- Following proper food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe dining environment for guests and staff.
Training:
- Comprehensive training on our new Vietnamese menu and service standards will be provided during Orientation.
- Opportunity to learn directly from our experienced staff and chefs.
