We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist in the Galleria area, who can provide strong and thorough support for our overall operations.

Responsibilities:
- Being able to work well with a team
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Professional demeanor & appearance
- Excellent phone voice/communication skills
- Self-starter
- Strong excel skills - most reports will be in excel
- Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and able to use basic office equipment such as scanner, fax, etc.
- Ability to multitask
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (G.E.D.)
- 2 years of front desk experience preferred
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Experience with a multi-line phone system
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Must be able to pass a background check
