Servers are the backbone of the culinary department. How else could we operate a dining room without someone like you to deliver meals? Ensuring prompt, fresh, and high-quality distribution of meals and beverages to our residents is your primary duty.
Everyone remembers their last truly great dining experience, and we expect our culinary team to make each resident’s meal one for the scrapbook! Server play a vital Vitality role in that process. Engaging in conversation, quickly acting with culinary leadership to remediate any dining issues, and of course, making sure hot, tasty meals make it to the table are what we expect.
The ideal candidate has a background in food service or customer service, listens and communicates effectively, and has a heart for working with seniors.
