Position Summary

The Minibar Attendant is responsible for restocking, cleaning, and servicing all minibar refrigerators and pantry items in guest rooms.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for replenishing refreshment pantry items removed by guests.
• Inspect all items in pantry/refrigerator to ensure quality and freshness of product.
• Remove consumed amenity items and any room service trays from guest rooms.
• Prepare pantry charge tickets and forward to In Room Dining Cashier for billing to guest.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School education or equivalent.
• Work varied shifts including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift, move, push, pull up to twenty-five (25) to thirty (30) pounds
• Excessive walking and standing
