Job Title: Service Assistant/Porter

Job Type: Full-time

Dickson City Hyundai is seeking a Service Porter to join our team. The Service Porter will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service by providing assistance to the service department staff.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Drive customer vehicles to designated parking spots and retrieve them when service is complete
• Keep the service area clean and organized, including the service bays, waiting area, and restrooms
• Maintain an organized and clean parts department and assist with inventory management
• Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as needed
• Provide customers with a positive service experience by addressing questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
