Job Title: Service Assistant/Porter
Location: Dickson City Hyundai
Job Type: Full-time
Dickson City Hyundai is seeking a Service Porter to join our team. The Service Porter will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service by providing assistance to the service department staff.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Drive customer vehicles to designated parking spots and retrieve them when service is complete
- Keep the service area clean and organized, including the service bays, waiting area, and restrooms
- Maintain an organized and clean parts department and assist with inventory management
- Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as needed
- Provide customers with a positive service experience by addressing questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
