Data Technician

Position Summary:

The Data Technician will assist with the modeling of annual farming data provided by various operators in the Ag industry. This information will ultimately be utilized to move the industry forward through the reduction of carbon emissions and improving the sustainability of our environment.

Essential Job Functions

• Input farming data accurately into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Proactively participate in ongoing training, coaching and meetings to ensure continued growth.
• Communicate with other companies in the Ag industry including co-ops, insurance companies, etc.
• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in business or ag-related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong math skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Other financial software experience helpful.

Working Environment

• Indoor work.
• No travel requirements.
• Sedentary work, occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 20 lbs.
• Required 100% in-office attendance; this is not a work from home position.
