Salary: $60,550-$65,795 yr/DOE

POSITION SUMMARY:  The School-Based Health Center manager  (Program Manager - SBHC) is responsible for supporting the mission and goal achievement, organizational quality, and patient-centered care of One Health patients by providing management and leadership to a designated health center site(s). The Program Manager- SBHC will plan, organize, evaluate, and oversee SBHC staff and site activities at given sites. Will be responsible for supporting multiple school-based sites in Hardin, Miles City, & Glendive (one position available).  They will provide coaching and training to support staff.  In partnership with the Medical Director and/or Behavioral Health Director, the Program Manager - SBHC will ensure the smooth operation of clinic-based services and achievement of productivity goals..


COMPENSATION: $60,550-$65,795/yr., DOE

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time 

AVAILABILITY: Monday to Friday

TRAVEL:  Consistent travel to One Health SBHC sites within Montana or Wyoming, as well as regional meetings

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 


Education/Certificates/Licenses: 

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in health or education related field from an accredited college or university.
  • BLS certificate or obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred

  • Masters preferred in healthcare administration from an accredited college or university.

 

Experience:

Required

  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience 
  • Program management/development


Preferred

  • Five (5) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Work with both medical and behavioral health providers
  • Clinic management experience
