Stratton Amenities is now interviewing for the Overnight Front Desk Concierge Supervisor over multiple properties in Dallas, TX.

As Overnight Front Desk Concierge Supervisor, you will lead and inspire your team to grow their passion for personalized guest service. The Assistant Supervisor is also responsible for managing overall nightly operations and expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Train new team members
  • Evaluate performance of the concierge team at multiple properties
  • Be available for emergency calls after hours
  • Find coverage in case of call offs
  • Manage overnight scheduling at multiple properties
  • Investigate and respond to employee and escalated client matters
  • Monitor and analyze service levels and trends to identify areas of opportunity
  • Communicate and facilitate the effective implementation of policies and procedures
  • Provide ongoing support, including tools and resources to help team succeed and filling in where needed
  • Promote ongoing development of your team through team building and other employee engagement activities

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3 years concierge experience or hotel management
  • Must possess a high school diploma and some college
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership level experience
  • Must be able to work overnight, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be a great leader and coach with a great work ethic


Skills Required

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
  • Attention to detail
