SCHEDULE:

  • 3rd Shift: SUNDAY-THURSDAY - 11p - 7a


PAY:

  • 1st Shift - $18 per hour
  • 2nd Shift - $20 per hour + 8% shift differential ($21.60 per hour including shift differential)
  • 3rd Shift - $20 per hour + 8% shift differential ($21.60 per hour including shift differential)

PRODUCTION IS A VALUED DEPARTMENT

Production follows the One Piece Flow system. One Piece Flow is working as a team to complete one product at a time from off of the CNC table, through the build process, until that one product is sealed into a box and ready for shipment to our valued customers. Area Leaders, CNC operators and assemblers work closely together to create high quality outdoor furniture. We place precisely cut pieces of plastic lumber into premade fixtures and use battery operated impact drivers to screw and fasten them together. Working at a steady pace to ensure time quotas are met while confirming that all furniture is of the highest quality before packaging for shipment. You are given all of the necessary tools and education to be considered for promotion and advancement within the company.

Requirements:
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
  • Must be able to work in shifts 8-10 hours long (longer is needed), where you are regularly required to stand, walk, and use basic sensory functions
  • Work 5-6 weekends a year
