Position Overview:

Essential Functions:

• Maintenance Maestro: Keep our machines humming by reviewing daily maintenance logs, conducting necessary repairs, and ensuring pumps, intensifiers, and garnet hoppers are in top-notch condition.

• Setup Specialist: Prepare machines for daily operation, verify production queues, and coordinate materials seamlessly with Inventory, Production, and Quality teams.

• Task Tactician: Review task sequences, load and unload parts with precision, and select optimal machine settings for designated tasks to ensure flawless execution.

• Quality Guardian: Inspect parts meticulously, identify process problems, and communicate effectively to maintain the highest standards of quality assurance.

• Organization Aficionado: Keep track of all scrap, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned to keep operations running smoothly.

• Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate effectively within a team environment, lending support where needed and contributing to a positive and cohesive workplace culture.

Job Specifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

• Communication Virtuoso: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.

• Mathematical Maven: Possess basic math skills and the ability to interpret blueprints with precision.

• Measurement Maestro: Utilize various measuring devices such as micrometers and calipers accurately to ensure exact specifications are met.

• Master Multitasker: Set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Self-Starter Sensation: Work independently with a high level of self-motivation and initiative, driving results and exceeding expectations.

Education, Certifications and Experience:

• Educational Excellence: Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Experience Extraordinaire: Boast a minimum of 2 years of waterjet machine operation experience, preferably with expertise in the FLOW Waterjet system.
