Job Description
Visiting Angels in Charlottesville is seeking a Registered Nurse in the CHARLOTTESVILLE office which includes outlying areas: Charlottesville, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Louisa, Crozet, Greene, and Madison to work a guaranteed 10 Hours a week.
Nurse Assessments include:
- Medical History
- Current Medical Concerns
- Medication List
- Care Plan Instructions for Angel Caregivers
- Home Safety Evaluation
Nurses are paid per assessment completed. Mileage is reimbursed.
Flex Hours -- Nurses contact the client to arrange an appointment to complete the assessment. Assessments generally take 1-hour to complete.
**This is NOT a REMOTE position -- requires a thorough physical examination of the client.**
Applicants must have current Virginia RN license, valid drivers license, as well as your own transportation. Also, must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
Hospice / Geriatric nursing experience preferred.
