Job Description Job Description CannabizTemp is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee daily operations related to order fulfillment in the cannabis industry, for one of our top clients in the Lowell, MA area. The role involves managing various aspects of the fulfillment process, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and maintaining efficient inventory practices. Responsibilities : Manage the entire order fulfillment process in accordance with state regulations. Provide guidance, training, and supervision to the distribution team. Implement and maintain effective organizational procedures. Establish and uphold fulfillment and transportation standards in alignment with regulatory requirements. Monitor and report on operational performance metrics regularly. Ensure compliance with all inventory and logistics regulations set by regulatory authorities. Collaborate with wholesale, dispatch, retail, and processing teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Evaluate and accurately record new product SKUs in compliance systems. Provide regular updates to senior management regarding inventory, transportation, and other relevant matters. Generate various inventory reports as needed. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in production, staging, and fulfillment areas. Coordinate with dispatch to verify order accuracy prior to packaging and delivery. Sync inventory levels between systems (e.g., Metrc and Dutchie). Coordinate and confirm delivery schedules and upload delivery data accordingly. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dynamic cannabis environment. Proficiency in state-required seed-to-sale inventory tracking systems such as Metrc. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, MRP systems, and POS software like Dutchie. Ability to provide effective coaching and mentorship to team members. Attention to detail and familiarity with operating in a highly regulated industry. Proficient mathematical and analytical skills for inventory management and data analysis. Excellent time-management abilities and adept at prioritizing tasks. Experience managing physical resources and implementing workflow policies for enhanced efficiency. Additional Qualifications : Must be at least 21 years old. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to pass all required background checks for cannabis industry employment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. Physical Requirements: Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Moderate to loud exposure to noise levels. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for short distances. Schedule : Flexibility to work varied hours/days, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Pay Rate : $26-27.50/hr.
