Position Overview:
As a Recruiter / Employment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates into various positions within our client companies. This role requires a highly organized individual who excels in multitasking within a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills for interviewing associates, has experience in inside sales and client relationship management, is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. This position offers the opportunity for quick advancement and an increase in pay based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Work in front office role for 1st month for training of systems and processes.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent for open positions
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding and placement
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed recruitment goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the database
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Accuracy in Data Entry

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a recruiter or employment specialist preferred
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interviewing and client interaction
• Experience in inside sales and client relationship management is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
