Maintenance Technician

Staffmark is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lancaster, TX. You'll have the opportunity to work with a company that specializes in developing and manufacturing diverse packaging products for various industries, including food service, delivery, carryout, food processing, and industrial markets. Pay Rate: $25-$31 per hour

Shift: 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities include:

• Installing and maintaining production machines and facility equipment
• Conducting setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Providing emergency repairs during production
• Preparing machinery for scheduled production
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders
• Utilizing hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment
• Safely operating and repairing forklifts
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining clean work areas

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for the entire shift
