Overview

Element is hiring an Operations File Specialist at our lab in Acton, MA

Responsibilities
    Primary responsibilities are processing certificates for all of NQA while managing 3rd Party Database support
  • Multi-tasking along with a high level of organizational ability will be required to manage the high volume of work daily Communicating clearly both verbally and in written/typed text is critical
  • Attention to detail will help with needed quality control tasks
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with a team and be willing to ask questions
  • An exact like-for-like role isn't necessary, but a job in which similar skills were performed will help with the crossover to this role at NQA
  • Heavily computer-based, so proficiency and comfortability with Microsoft Office Suite and working within 3rd party-databases will be needed
Skills / Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, completion of business school courses and/or three (3) years plus of related experience required
  • Excellent administrative, data entry and communication skills are critical
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking and organization in a fast-paced, high-volume environment are also key
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products
