Payroll & Tenant Services Coordinator

Robert Half has partnered with a local property management and development company who is seeking a dedicated and proactive Payroll & Tenant Services Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to human resources and property management, addressing tenant concerns, and providing support to the sales and service teams. Offered as a a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity, this position will be based in the Saratoga Springs, New York area, as a hybrid position!

Your responsibilities in this role:

• Daily communication with tenants.

• Enter tenant service requests into system.

• Communicate with service team on pending requests.

• Work with tenants to address all tenant matters.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team with tenant leasing documents.

• Prepare bi-weekly payroll.

• Onboarding of new employees.

• Assist with all HR processing/file maintenance, various other HR duties.
