REMOTE School Psychologist Job 23/24 School Year near Farmington, NM

ProCare Therapy is actively seeking compassionate Remote School Psychologists to empower the educational journey of students near Farmington, NM

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations
• Develop tailored education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists
• Offer counseling and intervention services
• Engage in team meetings and consultations

Qualifications:

• Recent Schools Experience

• Education: Completion of a graduate degree (master's, specialist, or doctoral) in school psychology or a related field from an accredited institution. The program should meet NMstate standards and include a practicum or internship.

• Certification/Licensure: New Mexico requires licensure through the NMDepartment of Educationto work as a School Psychologist in public schools. This involves completing an approved program, passing required exams, and meeting other state-specific requirements.

• Field Experience: Completion of supervised field experience or internship hours, often as a part of the graduate program requirements, is necessary for certification.

• Background Check: Applicants typically need to undergo a criminal background check as part of the certification process.
