We are seeking motivated, friendly and energetic individuals to work on a part- time basis in the following positions:
Event Staff - Ushers, Ticket Takers, Door Guards - Performs routine duties in assigned positions on a "will-call" basis for each event. Individuals should possess strong customer skills and enthusiasm, be assertive in enforcement of facility policies and regulations and able to adapt to change on a moment's notice. Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Examples of Duties
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Depending on position, may include the following:
Performs routine duties in assigned positions on a "will-call" basis for each event
Provide service and handle customer concerns
Be assertive in enforcement of facility policies and regulations and able to adapt to change on a moment's notice
Provide excellent customer service and be enthusiastic
Typical Qualifications
One year of experience in the area of Coliseum, Exhibit Hall, Auditorium, Stadium or similar public assembly facility preferred for Event Supervisor
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Individuals should possess strong customer skills and enthusiasm
