ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR AVAILABLE IN CORAL SPRINGS, FL Volt is immediately hiring for Accounts Payable Coordinator in Coral Springs, FL As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be: Ensuring the imaging of invoice and supporting documents are accurate. Entering invoices details into NetSuite while ensuring application is made to the correct purchase order and vendor account. Responsible for identifying different accounting document types. Providing unparalleled customer service to both internal and external customers. This is a Full-time Contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Accounts payable experience is preferred. Experience in Data Entry. Experience with NetSuite is a plus. Experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel. team, access, etec.) Basic understanding of accounting concepts through course work or relevant experience.
