The base hourly rate for this position is $23.37

Summary:

The Roll Converting C Operator is responsible for roll converting operations, needle board repairs, and assisting production department as needed.

Hours: May vary 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift

Pay: $23.37

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following and other duties as assigned.

  • Observe all departmental safety rules, safe job practices, work rules, company policies and quality procedures.
  • Maintain all department forms and update as needed.
  • Operate roll converter and SAP production system for order tracking and label printing.
  • Maintain lift truck log sheets.
  • Operate a fork truck with various attachments.
  • Build and repair needle boards as needed.
  • Assist with department trials.
  • Perform housekeeping.
  • Share any other additional duties assigned through the team.
  • Supports and promotes safe practices and environmental commitments in alignment with company commitments, policies, and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Basic computer skills. Interface with computers including controls systems and SAP.
  • Forklift license.
