Job Title: Technology Operations Specialist
Our client, a financial organization, is seeking a Technology Operations Specialist to join their team. You will be part of the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, be looking for a long-term career and have some knowledge of the financial industry.
Location: Carmel, IN (Hybrid- 3 days onsite)
Salary: $50k+
What’s the Job?

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues (both hardware and software) reported by users across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials to support user education and self-service.
  • Assist with technology procurement and inventory management.
  • Perform data administration tasks such as merging records, clearing duplicates, conducting quality assurance checks, and uploading data to key proprietary systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve technical problems or assist in implementation and enhancement of new technology systems.
  • Other duties as assigned. 
What’s Needed?
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. An experience equivalent blend of may be considered in lieu of this requirement.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technology support role, with a demonstrated ability to handle a wide range of technical issues.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite products including Azure/Entra, Microsoft Admin Center, Office, Teams, OneNote, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Knowledge, and Salesforce Cases a plus.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, remotely and in-person.
