Myriad Mental Health Inside Sales Development Representative

Myriad Mental Health provides informatics-based precision medicine and treatment decision support to healthcare providers for behavioral health. GeneSight is a pharmacogenomic test which analyzes clinically important genetic variations in DNA and how these variations and patient genes may affect medication outcomes. Results can inform healthcare providers about how the patient may break down or respond to certain medications commonly prescribed to treat depression, anxiety, and other psychiatric conditions.

Myriad Mental Health's Inside Sales Development team actively finds and screens potential customers who could benefit from GeneSight. Pivotal in reengaging customers through a compelling story to keep GeneSight top of mind. As an Inside Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Represent GeneSight using comprehensive knowledge to explain how our solutions meet patient and healthcare provider needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by finding potential new sales opportunities
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Identify best practices for cold calling lead generation
  • Utilize Salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective healthcare providers and sales representatives
  • Re-engage healthcare providers through consultative selling
  • Tracks trends to analyze clinician and account ordering behavior
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of two years' sales-related experience and track record of exceeding lead targets
  • Excellent phone skills and ability to quickly develop and manage relationships over the phone
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • The ability to utilize systems, tools, and data to prioritize tasks and achieve results
