Come join the largest and most well respected private pediatric practice on the Central Coast. Pediatric Medical Group of Santa Maria, Inc. We are seeking a PEDIATRIC CLINICAL MANAGER to become a part of our team! You will oversee medical and health services in a private pediatric setting. We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual who is passionate about working with people and who is interested in a long-term, rewarding career in the medical industry.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Supervise medical staff including coordinating schedules, training, and evaluations
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and management to establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
  • Manage vaccine supply, medical equipment and medical supply orders
  • Triage patient calls
  • Act as liaison with outside agencies and pharmaceutical reps
  • Participate and help prepare for annual state audits

Qualifications:

  • Licensed registered nurse from an accredited nursing program
  • Current active license to practice as a RN in the state of California
  • Bilingual - ability to speak, read, and write Spanish
  • Previous experience in healthcare, preferably pediatrics
  • Experience in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
