Restaurant General Manager

Marshfield Taco John's is looking for a restaurant General Manager! We are a franchise of 11 stores in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and looing to grow! You will be a part of a fully staffed restaurant, with two assistant managers and several supervisors, with enough coverage on all shifts for you to start on a shift that works best for you!

Pay range is 50,000 to $60,000+, with annual raises and performance reviews. You will also be eligible for health insurance, dental, vision, 401k, up to $500 in monthly bonuses, paid time off, and more! Days and shifts are negotiable, but we do prefer you to be present for as many lunch and dinner shifts as possible over a 5 day work week.

We are looking for someone with management experience who is hungry and looking to learn and grow within a store that has enormous growth potential. You will get hands on training with the regional manager, with ongoing daily support following the training period.

A normal work day will involve touching base and being present with the crew upon arrival to foster the positive, open work environment we strive for. We do expect our managers to spend a good amount of time on the floor, so you will find yourself on the floor for all meal periods you are present for. There is time set aside daily for office tasks, such as deposits, reports, and responding to emails. You will also be responsible for truck orders, payroll, hiring, firing, recruiting, scheduling, and more. We encourage delegation and will help you build a strong, efficient team so you will not find yourself taking on these tasks alone.
