Engineering Design Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a leading engineering and design firm, we are committed to delivering high-quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive quality control program for all projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with strong leadership and communication skills.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a quality control plan for all projects, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards
  • Establish and enforce quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any issues or discrepancies
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures
  • Provide training and support to project teams to ensure understanding and adherence to quality control processes
  • Manage documentation and record keeping related to quality control activities
  • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality control and recommend improvements as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
  • Experience in the engineering or construction industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in quality control software and tools
  • Certifications in quality control and/or project management are a plus
