Job Description
Credit Operations Assistant is responsible for the verification of customer contracts, where necessary, prior to or after funding. Additionally, they are responsible for taking inbound phone calls and forwarding them to the appropriate team including any administrative duties. Evening and weekend hours will be required and will be determined by business needs.

Job Description
Credit Operations Assistant is responsible for the verification of customer contracts, where necessary, prior to or after funding. Job Duties
- Greets customers by phone in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Accurately note accounts and applications.
- Ensure timely verification of contracts in support of company objectives.
- Work together with all other employees to collectively achieve company growth, delinquency, and yield objectives.
- Maintains a strong relationship with dealers to encourage dealer assistance in servicing our customers.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
Required Education and Experience
- Must be able to work effectively with customers and co-workers in a professional manner.
- Must be able to work well independently using time management to complete daily duties.
- Must be able to enter data with minimal errors.
- Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Physical Demands
- Ability to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk, visualize, talk, hear, and handle or touch objects or controls. The employee may occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
- The employee will be working on a computer 90% of the time.
