An AP team is in need of immediate help. If you are ready to go to work immediately, knowledgeable of invoices & purchase orders and would be interested in a hybrid work schedule, get in touch with us. This company is looking to hire someone quickly so don’t hesitate!


Job Responsibilities:

  • Matching invoices to POs.
  • Data entry of invoices, POs and other data into the system.
  • Familiarizing yourself with a new payables automation add on and using it to its efficiency.
  • Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
  • Analyzing workflow processes
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
  • Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook
  • 1+ years AP experience
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in data entry
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
