A bit about us:

We are seeking a strong Accounting Manager to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure precise recording of all financial transactions in compliance with U.S. accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Execute core accounting functions encompassing Sales Tax, Income Tax, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.
• Maintain comprehensive files and documentation for all transactions.
• Prepare essential internal reports by meticulously analyzing data sourced from QuickBooks or other relevant platforms as necessary.
• Address accounting and financial inquiries by conducting thorough research and interpreting data accurately.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by SPI Management personnel.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment characterized by high transactional volume.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience.
• CPA/CMA certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat preferred.
• Proficient in QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated products preferred, although basic ESP knowledge can be acquired.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to initiate tasks independently.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively in group settings.
