Robert Half is seeking an ERP Systems Manager for one of our clients. In this position, you will be tasked with overseeing the deployment of ERP software for a growing organizations with multiple locations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless integration, configuration, and optimization of the ERP system.


Travel Requirements:

This role requires significant travel, with approximately 50% or more of the workweek to facility in Northern, VT.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for the implementation of new ERP software.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors and key stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver project requirements effectively.
  • Manage system upgrades, version updates, and new module implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Oversee the seamless integration of third-party applications into the ERP system.
  • Continuously evaluate application performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Spearhead the implementation of BI tools for real-time data analysis, reporting, and visualization to drive informed decision-making.


  • Bachelor's degree in either Information Technology or Business Administration.
  • 10+ years of hands-on technical/functional experience with ERP Systems (Infor Syteline), preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ERP functional areas such as Accounting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales.
  • Prior experience with ERP implementation within the defense/aerospace industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong grasp of ERP concepts, modules, and implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, PowerBI, Business Intelligence & Reporting tools.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects within specified time lines.
