Robert Half is currently working with a client looking to hire a Banking Clerk. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and a general knowledge of banking or financial services. This client is open to entry level candidates with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work as a Banking Clerk. If you have excellent customer service skills, and strong data entry capabilities, this Banking Clerk position could be the role for you!
Responsibilities
- Support the team with cash management activities
- Attend to customer transactions, verifying financial and personal information
- Manage all customer questions regarding bank accounts, credit cards, and loan products
- Handle basic data entry utilizing a customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Provide exemplary customer service to clients in a banking environment- 1+ year providing exemplary customer service
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- AA or BS/BA preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
