As a District Manager, you will oversee management and develop top talent within our sports bars. You will serve as the liaison between sports bars and support center ensuring strong communication.  You will also focus on daily sales, marketing plans and operations including costs of goods sold, labor, and guest relations.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 5 years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience.

• You have a general knowledge of functional support areas including Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Finance, and Development.

• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
