Position Overview

Join our team as a DC Replenishment Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for operations and development of our distribution center replenishment team. The DC Replenishment Manager reports to the Sr. Director of Inventory Planning and Replenishment and will have a team of three DC Replenishment Analysts. In this role, you will work closely with various departments at SiteOne inclusive of Supply Chain, Category Management, IT, Marketing, Sales, as well as external teams such as 3PL's and vendor partners.

Responsibilities for you and your team include but aren't limited to:

• Align the DC inventory replenishment team with the company vision and strategy
• Driving unparalleled inventory availability in our industry
• Preparing our network to enter and exit selling seasons with relevant inventory levels
• Managing and setting strategy for inventory parameters driving inbound and outbound replenishment
• Establishing and meeting yearly budgets and inbound targets for product flow through our network
• Purchasing of goods into our distribution center network while following SOX compliance
• Collaboration and alignment across supplier, category, and supply chain teams
• Maintaining the correct assortment within all distribution centers to drive inventory productivity and availability
• Increase or maintain supplier communication and visibility to supply shortages upstream
• Monitoring industry trends (commodity prices, delays, supply disruption, etc.) and making decisions to stock more or less inventory accordingly
• Evaluating and recommending path forward for opportunistic inventory buys
• Planning, communicating, and executing new DC openings and existing facility moves
• Prepare and communicate weekly content on inventory shortages and get well dates to our field teams
• Driving supplier performance through metric sharing and collaboration
• Support acquisition integrations as needed
• Develop road maps for our future operations in collaboration with our leadership team
• Drive performance on key metrics such as inventory turnover and product availability

Skills We Are Seeking

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, or similar function
• MBA or master's degree in supply chain subject matter preferred
• 5+ years' experience in inventory replenishment, planning, or supply chain function
• Deep familiarity with ERP systems and parameter managing pertaining to replenishment (forecast, safety stock, sourcing, planning, etc.)
• Working knowledge of transportation and distribution center operations
• Experience establishing, launching and working with or managing import programs independently
• Ability to draw insights and drive action from large and complex datasets
• Proven ability to drive projects and initiatives (small to x-large) independently
• Strong understanding of inventory productivity measurements and impact on P&L
• High proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional written and oral communication
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Ability to articulate analytical output and insights in layman's terms
• Comfortable with and/or driving change
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and timelines
