Medical Receptionist (no experience needed)

Family practice looking for a detail orientated, hardworking and team orientated individual. This a fast paced environment and will NOT be ideal for applicants looking for a low stress environment.

Administrative Duties:

•Assisting approximately 50 patients per day in the check-in and check-out process

•Answering 75 or more phone calls a day

•Checking and evaluating 100+ faxes, voicemails, and emails

•Collecting balances/payments

•Performing one or two housekeeping duties at the end of the day

We are looking to add team members who are willing to take on accountability, be open to change and discovering opportunities that will enrich our patients’ experience while encouraging our practice’s mission statement. No previous experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate on the job.

A successful candidate should be comfortable preforming front office duties and have exceptional customer service. Individual should be able to provide AT LEAST one recommendation letter from a previous employer.

Typical Schedule:

•Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (8am to 5:00pm)
•Wednesday (8am to 1pm)
•Saturday (9am to 2pm)
